Wagehoft Home & Land, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Ray Wagehoft, initially as a business focused on reality. Soon after, Ray transitioned into building homes. Around 1997, the business shifted its focus to remodeling and has excelled ever since. In 2012, Ray retired, and Shane Hutchison acquired the company, continuing the legacy. Today, we stand as a well-established remodeling company in the corridor, specializing in all aspects of remodeling. We have extensive experience working with major insurance companies on fire, water, and wind restoration projects. Our expertise includes Fire, water, wind restoration, additions, kitchens, baths, basement finish's, roofs, siding, windows, doors, decks, drywall, and painting.
